Ha Long Bay campaign travels further
The campaign to make Ha Long Bay a new natural wonder of the world has stepped up with mobile internet bicycle brigades set to cross the country.
Seven teams of decorated bicycles and mobile internet facilities will pedal to different locations in Viet Nam to call on people to click on the website www.new7wonders.com to vote for Ha Long Bay.
These teams will also parade around major cities and provinces such as Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh City and Quang Ninh province to promote the UNESCO-recognised World Heritage site.
EVN Telecom will provide the bike touring groups with mobile internet equipment and services to make it easy for the public to access the new seven wonders website and place their vote.
